CADP has conceptualized the Augusta Cyberworks which is a mixed use commercial and light industrial high technology research and development park in order to develop the 1 million square feet of fallow real estate that encompass Sibley and King Mills, starting with Sibley which is approximately 500,000 square feet.

After the data center is constructed there is a balance of 300,000 square feet available to develop for suitable tenants at Sibley and a further 400,000 square feet at King Mill. Ample parking is available on both campuses with over 200 bays available at Sibley, without construction of multi-level parking decks. Well over 800 bays are available at Sibley if multi-level parking decks were developed.Narrative describing traffic ingress and egress.

EDTS a leading integration and Cyber Security managed services company in the South East of the United States has elected to set up its headquarters in Phase 1 of the Augusta Cyberworks, a 35 000 sq. ft, Cotton Store Building on the campus. 

Phase 1 also includes a training facility anchored by UMBC Training Centers. UMBC Training Centers will provide Cybersecurity workforce development, training and human capital development at Augusta Cyberworks, the mixed use Cybersecurity Campus currently under development at the historic Sibley Mill Campus. The Cyber Training Facility which will initially include sufficient classroom space and facilities to train in excess of 200 candidates a year.
